Erica Johnson

Erica Johnson is an innovative and energetic communications professional with nearly 15 years of experience at the National and local level. Ms. Johnson had been successful in delivering effective internal, external and change communications, improving employee engagement and customer satisfaction. She has utilized communication to mitigate companies suffering incredible loss of employees, reduction of knowledge transfer and disengagement with their core audience. Through the creation and implementation of strategic and change communications plans she has helped executive and management teams engage in two-way communication with employees and customers, leading to a more engaged team and loyal customers across the country.

Most recently, Ms. Johnson has been successful in managing the internal communications of a petro chemical facility that is highly unionized. Ms. Johnson has worked for leading companies (such as Michelin), increasing sales and improving production at both the local and national level. Ms. Johnson has extensive experience crafting messages via multiple mediums including social media marketing, internal and external communications, development of billboards, newspaper articles… Her ability to craft messages that reach a variety of audiences by peaking their curiosity and speaking to their individual needs is unmatched.

Ms. Johnson has lead community outreach efforts on behalf of Michelin in an effort to engage and impact the next generation...and most recently was instrumental in bringing NASA astronauts to local elementary schools in Louisville, Kentucky. Ms. Johnson's experience extends bi-coastal and across the Midwest.

Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Arts & Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Business Administration and Art from the University of Missouri – Columbia and a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School of Journalism. Ms. Johnson has also been a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. for nearly 15 years. As a consultant for Mosaic Beginnings, Ms. Johnson utilizes her corporate expertise, accomplishments and educational experience to enhance the capacity of nonprofits and faith based organizations that serve communities who otherwise would be unable to achieve desired goals.
