Mikaylah “Mikki” Grace Norfolk, Founder of We Rise Up 4 Kids (WRU4K), started this foundation at just 8 years of age, after her own experience with bullying escalated and changed her life forever.

Mental Health - Let's Talk About It
Flourish has selected We Rise Up 4 Kids to receive funding to help further, it’s mission of providing mental health care to people in underserved communities.
This grant will help provide young moms from low-income communities with the highest infant mortality rates and trauma with access to quality, comprehensive mental health care through the provision of training for professionals across sectors, covering the cost of mental health care for the uninsured and underinsured, and connections to sustainable resources and services so that they have a stable medical home.
